1. Eligibility

2. Account Registration and KYC

- A valid Bangladesh mobile phone number to which you have sole and exclusive access, for OTP verification and account security purposes.
- A valid email address that you actively monitor and to which you have sole access.
- Date of birth, from which zx77 will verify that you meet the 21+ age requirement before approving account access.
zx77 is required to conduct identity verification (KYC) in accordance with its anti-money laundering and player protection obligations. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued photo identification (such as a National ID card or passport), proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method you use to deposit. zx77 may request these documents at any stage — including at the point of registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or during a periodic account review. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in your withdrawal being placed on hold until verification is complete.
Each player is entitled to hold one and only one registered account with zx77. zx77 uses automated systems and manual review processes to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are discovered, all accounts belonging to the same individual will be closed, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, all bonus balances will be voided, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities where fraud or financial crime is suspected. Real-money balances that were legitimately deposited (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play) may be returned at zx77's sole discretion following investigation.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals

- zx77 reserves the right to reject any deposit that it reasonably suspects is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

The following rules apply to all withdrawal requests submitted from your zx77 account:
- Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used to make the most recent deposit to your zx77 account. This is a security requirement designed to prevent money laundering and protect player funds.
- Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1 to 24 hours of submission, subject to KYC verification being complete. zx77 does not guarantee processing times as these may be affected by your payment provider's own processing schedule.

All transactions on the zx77 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). zx77 does not support multi-currency accounts. If your payment provider processes a transaction in a different currency, any foreign exchange conversion and associated fees are entirely your responsibility and will be deducted from the amount credited or received.
4. Bonuses and Promotions

The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotional offers made available on the zx77 platform, unless a specific promotion's individual terms expressly state otherwise:
- Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The specific rollover multiplier for each offer will be stated in the promotion's individual terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period or the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
- Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings that have been generated after the full wagering requirement has been met are eligible for withdrawal, subject to the standard withdrawal rules.
- Bonuses are personal to the account to which they are credited. Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, sold, or exchanged for cash or any other consideration outside the normal wagering process.
- zx77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has already claimed the relevant bonus, zx77 will honour the bonus for active players in good standing at the time of cancellation.

Where bonus abuse is detected, zx77 reserves the right to void the bonus balance and any associated winnings, close the account, and recover any amounts previously withdrawn that were derived from abusive bonus play. Players found to have engaged in organised bonus abuse schemes involving multiple persons may be referred to the relevant authorities.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Actions and behaviours that are strictly forbidden on the zx77 platform.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the zx77 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:
- Using the zx77 platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime, including depositing funds derived from illegal activities.
- Registering more than one account, using another person's identity or payment details to create an account, or allowing another person to use your account.

- Colluding with other players or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or coordinated betting strategies in live casino games.
- Exploiting errors, glitches, or misconfigured games or promotions to generate profits in a manner that is not consistent with normal and genuine gaming activity. Any winnings generated from such exploitation are void and will be reclaimed by zx77.
zx77 reserves the right to take any or all of the following actions in response to confirmed or suspected prohibited conduct: immediate suspension of the account pending investigation; permanent closure of the account and all associated accounts; forfeiture of the entire account balance including real-money funds, bonus funds, and pending withdrawals; recovery of previously processed withdrawals where those funds are found to have been derived from prohibited activity; and notification of relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by applicable law or at zx77's reasonable discretion.
6. Responsible Gaming

zx77 provides a range of responsible gaming tools accessible to all registered players via their account settings. These tools include: daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits which restrict the total amount you may deposit within a defined period; session time reminders that alert you at configurable intervals when you have been logged in and playing; a cooling-off period option that temporarily restricts your ability to log in and play for a defined period of between 24 hours and 30 days; and a self-exclusion option that allows you to permanently close your account and prevent any future re-registration for a minimum period of 6 months. Any unauthorised use of zx77 intellectual property will result in immediate account closure and may give rise to legal proceedings.
8. Limitation of Liability

zx77 endeavours to maintain continuous availability of its platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, unplanned technical issues, third-party service disruptions (including those affecting payment providers or game suppliers), or force majeure events. zx77 shall not be liable to any player for losses suffered as a result of platform unavailability, provided that zx77 has taken reasonable steps to restore service in a timely manner. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zx77's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under or in relation to these Terms & Conditions shall be limited to the total amount of real-money deposits made by that player to their zx77 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. zx77 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive losses or damages, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of data, even if zx77 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
9. Amendments and Governing Terms
